Since the beginning of time, cultures around the world have honored the Summer Solstice as a powerful threshold — a moment to step fully into life, to embody what has been growing, and to align with the energy of expansion, expression, and aliveness.


Beyond its well-documented health benefits — improved focus, reduced inflammation, metabolic reset, autophagy — fasting interrupts unconscious habits, sharpens awareness, and creates the space to enter a new season with clarity and intention. We pair the food fast with a media fast to further quiet the mind and recalibrate the nervous system.

Men's work doesn't compound in a weekend. It compounds in the rhythm of showing up — every other week, with the same men, telling the truth about what's actually happening in your life. This is the circle for men who want the long game.


Each session begins with a check-in, moves through a council practice on a chosen theme — leadership, relationships, fatherhood, fear, ambition — and closes with a short embodied practice and accountability commitments for the two weeks ahead.


Facilitated by Kenny. Held to a high standard of presence, confidentiality, and follow-through.
