Leading On Fire is a platform for men in transition.
Through a flagship rite of passage program, nature-based retreats, and online men’s groups, we create spaces to claim your energy back from the noise — and cultivate the capacity to lead yourself, and others, with clarity and integrity.

Six months. Five phases. Drawn from depth psychology and rite-of-passage traditions.

PHASE 1
Before growth, before adding anything new, we must let go.
By identifying and releasing the roles, identities, beliefs, and behaviors that limit us, we make space for what’s ready to emerge.
SEPERATION
PHASE 2
A threshold requires loss of control — a willingness to enter the unknown.
It’s the space between who you were and who you’re becoming, where what’s false or outdated gets stripped away.
Without a true threshold, there’s no real transformation — only surface-level change.
THRESHOLD
PHASE 3
Initiation as the process through which a person dies to one identity and is reborn into another.
It is the transformation of identity through action, responsibility, and participation in something larger than oneself.
INITIATION
PHASE 4
Reintegration comes with it’s own challenges.
Your environment hasn’t changed. The world expects an old version of you.
This is where you learn to hold the line — where who you’ve become meets how you live.
INTEGRATION
PHASE 5
Integration is complete. You're not a different person. You’ve returned to the deepest part of yourself that’s been there all along, and embodied it.
Your life reflects this. You’ve aligned your identity, relationships, and leadership with the version of yourself that is most authentic and true.

Kenny Borg

Kenny is a health- and mindfulness-forward executive coach and facilitator with a decade of experience coaching men and business leaders. He works with clients to define and actualize their vision, elevate their lives and careers, and lead with clarity and confidence. His coaching integrates strategy and execution with the deep personal work of healing and integrating our life experience — encouraging deeper self-realization and self-mastery, and a life rich in presence, ease, and aliveness.
